2012 Summer Futsal 3v3 League


New! Summer 3v3 Outdoor Futsal League at the GAMEFACE Sports Complex - New State of the Art Lighted Outdoor Turf Field plus additional turf field being added.

Last year 30 teams competed in this league... REGISTER EARLY!


Teams will have warm up space and adults will have outdoor patio to use for eating, drinking and socializing.

This new outdoor Summer 3v3 Futsal league will be played at Berks County's newest and most exciting venue - The GAMEFACE Sports Complex.   In the event of inclement weather  games will then be played on our indoor touchline field. Games will not be canceled. If your team has what it takes, then welcome to the proving ground!

 12 Games (2 eighteen minute games per game night) - Best record is Champion!
Maximum Roster (12) - 6 Players ONLY PER NIGHT

League Details - Starts week of June 13th!

Hello 3v3 Teams:

Hopefully everyone is ready for the League -  There are 3 futsal fields - 40' x 85' each.

  • All parents must remain outside the walls and playing area.  Parents must watch the games from the viewing areas closest to the entrance.
  • Players must enter the fields at the door closest to the bathrooms. (Baseball instruction takes place behind the team benches, so players are no longer permitted in this area).
  • Players must wear turf shoes, flats, or molded soccer shoes.
  • Please do not bring any soccer balls into the complex.  We will provide official futsal balls for all games.
  • Teams must provide their own t-shirts or jerseys.
  • SHIN GUARDS ARE REQUIRED!  Players will NOT be permitted to play without them!

League Rules

STANDINGS:

3 Points for a WIN
1 Point  for a TIE
0 Points for a LOSS
1st Tie Breaker - Head to Head (In the event of three way tie proceed to 2nd tie breaker)
2nd Tie Breaker - Goal Differential
3rd Tie Breaker - Most Goals Scored 
4th Tie Breaker - Least Goals Conceded


• Each team will consist of 6 players, (3 play), with unlimited on-the-fly substitutions.

  • N O T E! - There is NO GOALKEEPER RULE - HOWEVER, Players are NOT PERMITTED to use their hands at any time!

• Field dimensions are 40’ x 80’.
• 18 minute games – Running Clock – all games start and end at the same time.
• Players will have 2 minutes to leave the field after each game.
• Official FUTSAL balls will be used for all games.
• Games will be started with a kick-off at midfield. Home team (team listed first
on schedule) will kick-off.
• All kick-offs, kick-ins and free kicks are DIRECT.
• If ball goes out of bounds over the sideline, game will resume with kick-ins
(instead of throw-in), corner kicks and goal kicks – to be done within 5 seconds.
If a foul is called, the game will resume with a free kick at the spot of the foul.
• The end line walls are considered IN PLAY.
• If the ball goes out of bounds over the end line wall, either a corner kick or goal
kick will be awarded.
• After a goal, restart the game with a kick-off at midfield within 5 seconds.
• Water Bottles, Bags and other items are NOT permitted on the playing fields
during games.
• Display Sportsmanship:
    Referee decisions are final
    No use of hands, diving, or slide tackling
    No stalling to protect the lead
    Referee/League Director resolves all conflicts
   Free kick distance (between ball and opposing players) is 10 ft.
   The tournament director reserves the right to alter the rules and/or schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
